MEET THE WOMAN BEHIND THE OVEN
Hello, I'm Brittany! I am a cottage baker and mother of 3 daughters, who I raise at home while I run my business. Between filling orders, experimenting with flavors, school, appointments, and extracirriculars, things can get a little crazy! I have always considered myself a creative person. My love of baking started way back in my grandmother's kitchen, where I would beg her to let me decorate the Christmas cookies we made by myself every year. I'm constantly dreaming up new cake and cookie designs, new flavors to experiment with, and new products to add to my back pocket.

My hobby of baking morphed into a deep passion seemingly overnight mid 2015. I was looking for a way to earn money while still being able to stay home with my children, and lucked across a cookie decorating tutorial. I fell down the rabbit hole, and it just seemed like a natural transition to combine my love of desserts and art. I began diligently practicing cookies over and over, and that turned into practicing cupcakes, then cakes, and the rest, they say, is history.

Today, I offer a large variety of treats in addition to my hand decorated cookies and cakes, and I keep expanding my menu every year. I pour my heart into each and every product I create, and I pride myself on being able to tackle any creative challenge that's handed to me. All of the magic happens out of my home in Wheeling, West Virginia

DO YOU SHIP?
I unfortunately am unable to ship any of my products. I operate as a cottage food bakery under West Virginia cottage food laws, and they do not allow shipping. You can, however, purchase my products and ship them yourself if you would like!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY CUSTOM ORDER?
Due to high demand, I do tend to book up 4-6 weeks in advance. I recommend booking a minimum 2 months in advance for the highest chance of your date being available. If you would like to place a custom order, you can click here and follow the steps to request a custom order quote.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR A PRE-SALE ITEM, AND HOW DO I GET IT?

I work very hard perfecting my own recipes, and therefore I do not share them.
HOW DO I STORE MY PURCHASES AND KEEP THEM FRESH?
Sugar cookie purchases all come individually wrapped, either heat sealed or tied with a ribbon, these bags ensure freshness for up to one month.
Cakes should be stored in the fridge until the start of your event to ensure stability, but allowed to come to room temperature before serving, cold cake can taste dry. After cutting, wrap well with plastic wrap to keep them moist.
Cupcakes should remain at room temperature unless specifically directed otherwise, Cupcakes are very delicate and they dry out much quicker than cakes and will dry out even quicker in the refridgerator.
Cocoa bombs and other chocolate items should be stored in a cool, dry place, NOT the fridge to prevent the possibility of mold. Keep them between 55 and 72 degrees.

The short answer here is YES! I am frequently adding new and exciting products or events. I have several ideas currently in the works, including cake decorating classes, online classes and tutorials, and several new and delicious cupcake flavors!
